Lumière House is defined by a quiet material dialogue between brick, glass and shadow. The robust masonry base establishes permanence and connection to the streetscape, while finely proportioned vertical screens and recessed openings temper the façade with rhythm, depth and privacy. A transparent upper level introduces a sense of lightness, dissolving the building's perceived mass. Through a disciplined composition of contrasting materials and carefully considered proportions, the house achieves an architectural language that is at once enduring, refined and deeply connected to its setting.
