Heyington Residence is conceived as an exploration of classic elegance distilled into contemporary form. The architecture is defined by its disciplined proportions—tall, rhythmic openings, softly arched thresholds, and a measured sequence of volumes that create a sense of deliberate calm. Every space is shaped by balance: between solidity and transparency, weight and lightness, restraint and richness.

Materiality plays a quiet but powerful role. Warm timber linings, honed stone surfaces, and pale brickwork establish a layered, tactile palette that feels both timeless and grounded. Within this refined backdrop, the deep burgundy stone panel becomes a focal gesture—anchoring the living space with sculptural depth.
